 RESUMEN 

     La ISO 9001 es la norma del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad más conocida y certificadora en SGC del mundo, razón por la cual, este artículo se ocupará de estudiar la actualización del conocimiento sobre el Aseguramiento de la Calidad de Bienes y Servicios mediante la nueva Norma ISO 9001:2015”.  Para ello se trazaron los siguientes objetivos específicos, como: 1) Presentar la evolución histórica de la ISO 9001 del SGC. 2) Analizar el Anexo SL de la nueva versión del SGC ISO 9001:2015. 3) Describir los cambios de la transición hacia la versión ISO 9001:2015. 4) Enumerar los pasos de transición de la ISO 9001: 2008 hacia ISO 9001:2015. 5) Explicar el alcance de adaptación de la nueva ISO 9001:2015. El diseño aplicado a este estudio fue Documental logrado por indagación exhaustiva y sistemática de documentos relacionados con el tema de nivel exploratorio, la idea fundamental es la actualización de conocimientos acerca de la Norma ISO, de esta manera generar valor agregado al bien o servicio, a la organización, mediante la mejora continua de la calidad.

ABSTRACT

     ISO 9001 is the most well-known quality management system standard and SGC certification in the world, which is why this article will study the updating of knowledge on the Quality Assurance of Goods and Services through the new ISO 9001: 2015 Standard ". For this purpose, the following specific objectives were outlined, such as: 1) Present the historical evolution of ISO 9001 of the SGC. 2) Analyze the Annex SL of the new version of the SGC ISO 9001: 2015. 3) Describe the changes of the transition to the ISO 9001: 2015 version. 4) List the transition steps from ISO 9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015. 5) Explain the scope of adaptation of the new ISO 9001: 2015. The design applied to this study was Documentary achieved by exhaustive and systematic investigation of documents related to the topic of exploratory level, the fundamental idea is the update of knowledge about the ISO Standard, in this way to generate added value to the good or service, to the organization, through the continuous improvement of quality.

RÉSUMÉ 

     SO 9001 est la norme la plus connue du monde en matière de système de management de la qualité et de certification SGC. C'est pourquoi cet article étudiera l'actualisation des connaissances sur l'assurance de la qualité des biens et des services grâce au nouveau ISO 9001: 2015 ", ont été définis les objectifs suivants, notamment: 1) Présenter l’évolution historique de la norme ISO 9001 du SGC. 2) Analysez l'annexe SL de la nouvelle version du SGC ISO 9001: 2015. 3) Décrivez les changements apportés au passage à la version ISO 9001: 2015. 4) Énumérer les étapes de transition d'ISO 9001: 2008 à ISO 9001: 2015. 5) Expliquez la portée de l'adaptation de la nouvelle norme ISO 9001: 2015. La conception appliquée à cette étude était un documentaire réalisé par une recherche exhaustive et systématique des documents liés au niveau exploratoire. L’idée de base est la mise à jour des connaissances sur la norme ISO, de manière à générer de la valeur ajoutée pour le bien ou le service, l'organisation, à travers l'amélioration continue de la qualité.
