Competencias investigativas de los docentes en formación y de los docentes en ejercicio  

Investigative competence of teachers in training  and teachers in exercise

RESUMEN 

     La orientación del presente estudio se enmarcó en el paradigma cualitativo e interpretativo, al indagar y percibir la experiencia tal y cómo es vivida y experimentada por los informantes. En él se describió las competencias investigativas que poseen  los docentes en formación y de los docentes en ejercicio. En dicha indagación se empleó la Teoría de Competencia por Remuneración de Urquijo, Bonilla y Pérez, desarrollando en la misma un sintagma, por parte de la autora de la presente investigación, al transferirla con lo expuesto por la UNESCO sobre la reconstrucción de la Educación tomando en consideración los cuatro pilares. Así como también, las teorías de desarrollo de competencias investigativas relacionada con los valores y la cognición. El diseño fue de campo con  una temporalidad transeccional retrospectiva, al centrarse en tres momentos como fueron el I y II Encuentro de Desarrollo de Competencias Investigativas 2007, 2010 y en el Período Académico 2011-I. Para ello se empleó el grupo focal para la confrontación de ideas, razón por la cual se estructuró una guía de preguntas. Para el análisis se usó tipologías creadas por los respondientes y otras establecidas por el instrumento aplicado, emergiendo a su vez categorías. Con la investigación se llegó a conocer el dominio de competencias investigativas del investigador que posee la Universidad y el que se está formando.

ABSTRACT 

     The orientation of this study was the qualitative and interpretative paradigm, to investigate and perceive this experience how it is lived and experienced by the informants. It described the skills investigative possessed of teachers in training and teachers in exercise. In this investigation we used the Theory of Competition for compensation Urquijo, Bonilla and Perez (2008)  became a syntagm in it using the four pillars of UNESCO on educational reconstruction. And also, theories of investigative skills development, related to the values, and  cognitive, The field design was  retrospective transactional temporary because focused in three moments I and II Meeting Investigative Skills Development 2007, 2010 and Academic Year 2011-I. Strategy was applied adequacy and sufficiency criteria for the selection of informants. This focus group used ideas for confront the topic to use typologies created by the respondents and other laid down by the instrument applied, and new emerging categories. With research became known investigative skills mastering the researcher who owns the university and the researcher who is forming.
