Repensando la Universidad del Siglo XXI, desde la visión del Coaching Pedagógico 

Rethinking the University of the 21st Century, from the   perspective of Pedagogical Coaching

RESUMEN   

     Esta articulo tuvo como propósito analizar el Coaching como enfoque pedagógico potenciador del repensar de  la Universidad del Siglo XXI, con la finalidad de reconocer el desarrollo de habilidades personales, apropiación de valores, formación del autoconcepto, adquisición y adecuación de nuevos conocimientos, a partir del reconocimiento de los propios sueños, ideales y metas, que toma el aprendizaje como un elemento que genera conocimiento y SER, desde la comprensión del significado ontológico de ser humano, allí donde le estudiante se transforma desde el aprender y el emprender entendiendo así la relación entre la epistemología del Coaching y el proceso de aprendizaje como potencial de transformación de sí mismo y de la organización universitaria. Todo ello fundamentado en la espíteme prevaleciente del Coaching como proceso Pedagógico de aprendizaje y de transformación tanto del sí mismo como de la organización universitaria, sobre la base de la Ontología del Lenguaje (Echeverría, 2005), El Maestro Sin Recetas (Freire, 2016) y la rEDUvolution (Acaso, 2016). La investigación se abordó mediante un análisis cualitativo, por lo que indagó sobre la razón ontológica del ser tanto del estudiante como del docente universitario, para desarrollar prácticas humanas desde la visión del Coaching Pedagógico, potenciando el aprendizaje significativo. En este sentido, esta investigación se aproximó a los fundamentos del Coaching Pedagógico, dándole un nuevo significado a la tarea formadora desde lo que el estudiante va a aprender y no desde lo que el docente enseña.

ABSTRACT   

     The purpose of this article was to analyze Coaching as a pedagogical approach that enhances the rethinking of the University of the 21st Century, with the aim of recognizing the development of personal skills, appropriation of values, formation of self-concept, acquisition and adaptation of new knowledge, starting from recognition of their own dreams, ideals and goals, which learning takes as an element that generates knowledge and BEING, from the understanding of the ontological meaning of being human, where the student is transformed from learning and entrepreneurship, understanding the relationship between the epistemology of Coaching and the learning process as a potential for transforming oneself and the university organization. All this based on the prevailing Spyte of Coaching as a Pedagogical process of learning and transforming both the self and the university organization, based on the Ontology of Language (Echeverría, 2005), The Master Without Recipes (Freire, 2016) and the rEDUvolution (Acaso, 2016). The research was addressed through a qualitative analysis, so he inquired about the ontological reason of being both the student and the university teacher, to develop human practices from the perspective of Pedagogical Coaching, enhancing meaningful learning. In this sense, this research approached the foundations of Pedagogical Coaching, giving a new meaning to the training task from what the student will learn and not from what the teacher teaches.
