RESUMEN 

     Cuando se habla de Ética en las actividades investigativas se entiende ciertas posturas actitudinales que el investigador debe cuidar a lo largo de su desempeño indagatorio, y cuyo acto investigativo implica la realización cognoscitiva entre el investigador y el mundo -social, cultural- que lo rodea, pues el ejercicio del acto mismo de cuestionar los hechos sociales y culturales demanda conductas éticas en el investigador. De allí que, en los ámbitos académicos es frecuente la crítica sobre la ausencia de una problemática organizada que plantee o sugiera una cuestión a propósito del mundo o de las cosas. Por ello, subrayar esta importancia del esclarecimiento de la problemática y del problema como punto de partida para abordar acciones que conlleven a proporcionar conocimientos confiables. Toda ética investigativa que puede orientar sus motivaciones, sus actos investigativos sólo adquieren sentido en relación con el problema en ellos subyacente. Lo que remite a un elemento fundamental que se haya representado por una serie de preguntas organizadas o «cuestionamiento», sobre la que descansa toda problemática: sea cual fuere el tipo de investigación, el enunciado propuesto encubre, bajo la apariencia de una pregunta o de un razonamiento riguroso, un verdadero problema de investigación que se trata de esclarecer. Solo así se puede transformar los condicionamientos del páthos en un éthos dependiendo de qué tan bien el investigador capta y describe dichas condiciones en la búsqueda de los significados de la investigación.

ABSTRACT 

      When we talk about ethics in research activities is understood certain postures attitude that the researcher must care throughout its investigative performance, and whose investigative Act involves the cognitive between the researcher and the world -social, cultural- that surrounds it, because the exercise of the very act of questioning the social and cultural facts demand ethical conduct on the researcher. From there which is frequent criticism about the lack of an organized problem that arises or suggest a question concerning the world or the things in the academic fields. Therefore emphasise this importance of the clarification of the problem and the problem as a starting point to address actions that lead to provide reliable knowledge. All research ethics that can guide their motivations, their investigative acts only acquire meaning in relation to the underlying problem in them. Which forwards to a fundamental element that is represented by a series of questions organized or «question», on which rests all problematic: whatever the type of investigation, the proposed wording conceals, under the guise of a question or a rigorous reasoning, a real research problem which is enlighten. Only in this way can become a pathos constraints an ethos depending on what as well the researcher captures and describes these conditions in the search for the meanings of the research.
